We strive for each item to bring joy and cultural richness into your space. However, we recognize that in rare instances, an item might not meet the high standards we set due to unforeseen damage. In such cases, we are prepared to facilitate an exchange to ensure you receive a piece that truly reflects the quality and beauty you deserve.

Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are strictly limited to items that arrive damaged. We are dedicated to ensuring that every piece you receive is in perfect condition, worthy of the artisans' skill and dedication.

  • Initiating an Exchange:

    1. Contact Us: Should you receive a damaged item, please email us at fairdinkumsg@gmail.com or call us at 91877653 immediately, providing your order details, a photo of the damage and also describe the nature of the damage.
    2. Preparation for Return: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging. If you need guidance on how to best protect the item for its return journey, we are here to assist.
    3. Return Options: You may exchange the damaged item directly at our retail shop and showroom located at 3 South Buona Vista Road B1-51, Viva Vista Mall, Singapore 118136. Please make an appointment before coming to the showroom. Alternatively, you can send the item back using a courier service of your choosing, noting that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.

  • Processing Your Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the damaged item, we will facilitate an exchange if item is in stock; otherwise we will refund the purchase price. This process aims to be completed within 7-14 business days, ensuring you quickly receive a piece that meets our mutual expectations of quality.
